Return & Refund Policy

At Urban Printshop & Design Studio, we take great care in ensuring the quality of every product we create. Our team follows a thorough quality control process throughout production, but we understand that occasional errors can happen. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy.

1. Reporting Issues with Your Order
We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any issues, including discrepancies in embroidery, printing, or garment quality, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. Any issues reported after this 3-day period will not be eligible for returns, refunds, or reprints.

2. Customer Responsibility for Quality Assurance
While we perform quality checks on garments upon arrival and during the production process, the final responsibility for quality assurance lies with the customer. We highly recommend reviewing the final design proof and confirming the garment choice before production begins to ensure everything is correct.

3. Reprints for Production Errors
We value every customer and treat each order with the utmost care. If your order is embroidered or printed differently from the approved design proof, we will gladly reprint the defective items at no additional cost to you. However, claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the goods to be eligible for reprints.

4. Limitations of Liability
Urban Printshop & Design Studio is not responsible for any lost income, business accounts, or contracts if defective garments are delivered to your end users. We recommend that customers perform a final quality assurance check before distributing the products to ensure that they meet expectations.

5. No Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for orders. If we are responsible for a mistake, we will correct it by reprinting the affected items as long as it it was brought to our attention within 72 hours of receiving the product.
