Turnaround Time & Order Processing

Your order’s turnaround time begins once full payment is received, and we have all the necessary details, including artwork files, garment sizes, shipping information, and approved design proofs.

Delays in providing any required information may result in production delays. Most design proofs are sent within 24 hours after payment and receipt of all necessary details. Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days (plus shipping). Complex orders or additional services may extend production time. Delays in approving design proofs can also impact turnaround time.

If a specific in-hands date was not provided at the time of ordering, the most up-to-date turnaround estimate will be included in your order confirmation. During peak season (August - October), production may require an additional 3-5 business days. Please note that U.S. holidays do not count as production days.

Rush Orders & Deadlines

If you have a strict deadline, you must notify us when placing your order. A rush fee may apply, and any additional costs will be disclosed for your approval. While Urban Printshop & Design Studio will make every effort to meet your requested deadline, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. The customer is responsible for any expedited shipping charges if faster delivery is required.

If a deadline is communicated after payment has been made and production has begun, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Unforeseen Delays

Certain factors outside of Urban Printshop & Design Studio's control—such as weather delays, supplier shipping errors, or power outages—may extend production time. These situations are not factored into initial turnaround estimates.

Order Changes & Restocking Fees

Changes to your order after it has been placed will result in delays, even if a rush fee has been paid. It is important to finalize all details before placing your order. Once production begins, changes become costly and time-consuming as multiple team members may already be working on different aspects of the job.

If garment changes are requested after the order has been placed, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Payment Terms & Cancellation

Orders must be paid in full or accompanied by an approved Purchase Order (PO) before production begins (unless otherwise agreed upon by Urban Printshop & Design Studio). Schools may submit Purchase Orders for payment—please contact us for more details.

Turnaround time does not begin until payment has cleared or a Purchase Order has been received.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations made after an order has been placed will incur a 20% restocking fee, plus any additional costs for services already rendered.

  • No cancellations can be accepted once production or decoration has started.

Order Pickup & Storage

Urban Printshop & Design Studio is not responsible for storing orders that have not been picked up within 30 days of completion. If there is no communication beyond this period, we reserve the right to donate the items. If shipping or delivery is required, the customer must prepay all associated costs.

Pricing & Quotes

  • Urban Printshop & Design Studio reserves the right to change pricing without notice.

  • Approved quotes will be honored for 30 days. If payment is not received within this period, pricing may be subject to change.

Art & Order Proofing

All orders require approval through the customer's online portal for both the order details and design. Please carefully review your order confirmation or quote to ensure accuracy in style, sizes, quantities, and colors. Verbal approvals are not accepted.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork details, including spelling, colors, design placement, and print size. Please check your proof thoroughly, as this is exactly how your garments will be printed. Urban Printshop & Design Studio is not responsible for errors on approved designs.

  • Any changes requested after approval may cause production delays and could result in additional costs, including rush fees.

  • If art approval is delayed by more than 24 hours, production timelines may be affected.

  • All approvals must be completed through the customer’s online portalverbal art approvals are not accepted.

Quality & Claims

At Urban Printshop & Design Studio, we take pride in offering top-quality printing, embroidery, and Direct to Film products. While we handle all printing and embroidery in-house, please note that we do not manufacture the blank goods. Our team is available to help you choose the perfect garment to meet your needs, but the final decision is always yours. If you're unsure about which garment to select, we are happy to order a variety of blank samples for you to review. Samples will be billed at a per-piece rate and shipped without printing, or can be held for pickup. Any blank samples returned before the order is finalized may be credited toward your order (excluding shipping charges).

Not all garments are created equal. Our team will guide you in selecting the best garments for each type of decoration process. We are not liable for quality issues if you choose garments that we do not recommend for your specific decoration.

We implement a thorough quality control system throughout the production process, but we understand that errors can sometimes occur. Urban Printshop & Design Studio allows a 3-day window from the date of delivery for you to notify us of any issues with your order. After this 3-day period, we are unable to accept responsibility for errors. Urban Printshop & Design Studio is not liable for any lost income, accounts, or contracts resulting from defective garments being sent to the end user. While we conduct quality checks upon receiving garments and during production, the final quality assurance responsibility rests with the customer.

Every order is important to us, and we handle each with the utmost care. If your order is embroidered or printed incorrectly compared to the approved design proof, we will gladly reprint the defective items. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the goods.

If we are at fault for an error, we will take full responsibility and work quickly to resolve the issue. We do not offer refunds but will gladly reprint any items that exceed the spoilage rate or issue a credit for a future order.

In the case of a misprinted order, we will require the items to be returned to our shop (we’ll provide a shipping label and cover the shipping costs). If any items are sold or given away before the return, we will only replace or credit the quantities and sizes that are returned.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you own, have legally licensed, or have the requisite rights to reproduce all the designs you provide to us (hereinafter, “Content”). You hereby grant Urban Printshop & Design Studio, our websites, and third-party affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, assignable, and sublicensable limited license to manufacture and produce your Content for you through our Services. If Urban Printshop & Design Studio seeks to use, display, publish, or distribute your Content in any format now known or later developed for the purpose of promoting our Services, we will first obtain your prior written approval.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CONTENT THAT YOU SUBMIT THROUGH OUR SERVICES. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU OWN OR HAVE OBTAINED ALL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN YOUR CONTENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE RIGHT TO MANUFACTURE, DISTRIBUTE, OR SELL PRODUCTS THAT INCLUDE YOUR CONTENT. Further, you represent and warrant that:

  • You provide us with rights as set forth in these Terms;

  • Your Content and the manufacture, distribution, or sale of products that include your Content does not and will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any person or legal entity, including without limitation any copyright, moral rights, trademark, patent, right of publicity, or right of privacy;

  • Your Content is free of false, inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy, in violation of anyone’s rights, including their privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable materials;

  • Your Content is accurate, not misleading, or otherwise deceptive.

URBAN PRINTSHOP & DESIGN STUDIO DOES NOT REVIEW THE CONTENT AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE BY YOU THROUGH OUR SERVICES. HOWEVER, URBAN PRINTSHOP & DESIGN STUDIO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO EXAMINE OR EVALUATE THE CONTENT AND TO REFUSE TO COMPLETE OUR SERVICES IF WE DETERMINE THE CONTENT VIOLATES THESE TERMS OR OUR RULES, POLICIES, OR PROCEDURES.

You understand that our Services are based on the Content submitted by users, which may be in the form of designs, images, pictures, text, photographs, graphics, or other materials submitted, posted, published, or displayed through our Services. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE FULFILLING YOUR LEGAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND NOT VIOLATING ANYONE’S RIGHTS OR BREAKING ANY APPLICABLE LAWS BY SUBMITTING CONTENT THROUGH OUR SERVICES.

As long as you are in compliance with these Terms and our rules, policies, and procedures, Urban Printshop & Design Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license, without the right of sublicense, to use our Services solely for the purposes intended under these Terms.
